BodyMIDI

BodyMIDI uses a depth camera to track the users body movements. There is catalogue of movements that the artist can choose from to affect the sound of their performance. These movements can be mapped to effects and parameters in music software all according to the artist’s taste.

The product features a clamp which can be used to attach the camera to many surfaces, such as tables and microphone stands, or it can be used as a stand itself. A software interface for the product is included which gives the users a whole range of customisation, such as pre-sets, routing and duet mode.
